"Partnering with Tekai has been transformative for Sparly's development journey. Starting with Jarvis's exceptional work on our React Native app, the collaboration expanded through their Fin-Viet Connect service, bringing on skilled engineers that quadrupled our development speed.
The team has consistently shown remarkable adaptability in handling our rapid product iterations and changing requirements - a crucial capability for an early-stage startup. Their proactive communication, transparent workflow, and ability to deliver critical features on time have been instrumental in meeting our investors' expectations.
The hybrid model of having Jarvis collaborate from Helsinki while coordinating with the Vietnamese development team proved to be both efficient and cost-effective. The quality of their work and commitment to our success was so impressive that Tekai's parent company, Reactron, chose to become an angel investor in Sparly - a testament to the strength of our partnership."

The Challenge_
Since the company is in a very early stage, decisions, product design and data model changes very rapidly, which requires an adaptive and highly-agile workflow. Tekai team has managed to perform very well despite these challenges, by giving prompt communication with Sparly’s product owner and transparency of each work item’s effort.
Our story with Sparly_
The journey with Sparly is quite a tale. Initially, our co-founder Jarvis was searching for promising startups with which to collaborate when he discovered Sparly's job posting for a React Native developer to build a new app from the ground up. Despite React Native's limitations for apps requiring heavy animation and interaction, Jarvis recognized Sparly's potential and joined the team to help develop their app. Over the first three months, he laid the foundation for the current Sparly app.
The collaboration began smoothly, with most of the work being carried out remotely from Helsinki, Finland, while the Sparly team was based in Stockholm. The effectiveness of our partnership led to the realization that to expedite the app's development and meet the demanding timeline, more than just Jarvis's efforts were needed. Consequently, we introduced Sparly to our Fin-Viet Connect service, bringing on board two of Tekai's skilled engineers, Brian and Mike.
Over the past year, including three months utilizing the Fin-Viet Connect model, we have quadrupled the development speed of the Sparly mobile app. Jarvis has maintained close collaboration with the Sparly team and joins offline workshops in Stockholm as required. Tekai's team has proactively delivered crucial features on time, aligning with Sparly's investors' expectations.
The seamless collaboration between Sparly and Tekai has been acknowledged, leading Tekai's parent company, Reactron, to become an angel investor in Sparly. This partnership has allowed Sparly to accelerate development while managing cash flow effectively, a vital aspect for early-stage startups.
